Coach Cain Jagodzinski led the Falcons to their first state championship in school history with a win over Greyhills, 59-50 in the title game. The team finished with a 32-1 record.

The Falcons won back-to-back state champions in 2006 with a victory over Seton Catholic in the championship game, 61-54. The team finished 23-7 for the season.

The 2007 team completed a 3-Peat by defeating Payson in the championship game, 53-41. The team finished the season with a 25-8 record.

The 2017 team, led by former player Matt Keating (2004), defeated Winslow in the championship game, 55-48, and finished the season with a 22-6 record.
