Child Find
Child FInd is a component of the Individuals with Disabilities Act (IDEA 04) that requires Public Educational Agencies (PEA) to locate, identify, and evaluate all children with disabilities, aged birth through 21 years, who are in need of early intervention or special education services.
If you have concerns regarding your child’s development and live in the Fountain Hills School District boundaries, we offer a free monthly developmental screening to children between the ages of 2 years 9 months to 5 years old (who are not yet attending kindergarten). Please contact Jeniffer Miramon at 480-664-5018 to schedule an appointment.
Screenings are conducted by appointment only one Thursday a month
from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m at Little Falcons Preschool.
