Kailey Brown serves as our HR Coordinator, overseeing all aspects of staffing, compensation, contracts, discipline, benefits, and employment verifications. She is dedicated to fostering a positive workplace culture through personal connections and empathetic engagement, understanding that these principles are essential to effective human resources management.​

Kailey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education with a minor in Sustainability from Arizona State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Outdoor Educational Leadership and Environmental Education.
